Former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell is expected to return to the octagon in September. The “Iceman” was scheduled to fight at UFC-85, on the 7th, but suffered a serious thigh injury and had to leave the show.
“Chuck Liddell will fight again in September,” said organization president Dana White.
Regarding Liddell's opponent, Dana left it up in the air. “At this point, we’re not sure who the opponent will be.” A confrontation against Shogun is considered, Rashad evans and even a rebuff against the Wanderlei Silva
