Jessica Stacker reached the peak of his career in the early hours of this Sunday (12). After knocking out Rose namajunas, in the main fight of the UFC 237, the Brazilian won the franchise's strawweight belt. But with the object of desire in hand, the woman from Paraná had one more noble gesture: she handed the belt to her master Gilliard Paraná as a gift.

Still in the octagon, the Brazilian made a point of highlighting that winning the belt only happened through the work of her mentor.
"I am really happy. But this belt belongs to this guy here. Without him I wouldn't have gotten here today. If he hadn't set up his gym in his mother's living room, I wouldn't be here today. Son of a bricklayer and a cleaning lady, the belt is his. I came back very aware of what I had to do in the second round. She came back slower and I hit her. I've never done a piledriver in my life. It took a lot of dedication, but today it worked”, said Jéssica, before handing over the belt to the PRVT leader.
The noble act of Jessica Stacker this Saturday was not the only one for the fighter on the weekend of the UFC 237. On Friday (10), at the ceremonial weigh-in, the Brazilian took a rose to her rival and presented it to her before the face-off.
