Victory over Rose Namajunas earns Jéssica Andrade 'Performance of the Night' bonus

The Brazilian received two Ultimate bonuses after losing Rose namajunas in the fight for the strawweight title (up to 52,1kg.) in the UFC 237. The announcement took place at the press conference after the end of the event, in the early hours of this Sunday (12), in Rio de Janeiro. Warlley alves he also leaves the 'Marvelous City' with a full pocket.

If it wasn't enough to be the new UFC strawweight champion, 'Bate-Estaca', in addition to the belt, will take home more than R$380 thousand (each award earns the athlete a bonus of US$50 thousand) for 'Performance of the Night' and ' Fight of the Night'. The Brazilian had a tough fight against the North American Rose namajunas, but, after a difficult first round, the athlete managed to reverse the situation and defeated her opponent after applying a beautiful 'pile-driver', leading her opponent to a knockout.

In addition to the new champion, the Brazilian Warlley alves was honored with the 'Performance of the Night' award after his fight against his compatriot Serginho Moraes. The athletes fought a balanced duel, however, at the end of the third round, Alves overcame his opponent and scored a beautiful knockout.
