Through his official Instagram, Felipe celebrated the agreement with Brave and promised “knockouts and electrifying fights” in the new home. The striker has a record of eight wins and two losses, with six of his victories coming by knockout or technical knockout.
“In a path of uncertainty and delays, an incredible invitation appeared. With this signature, I officially accept the proposal from one of the largest MMA organizations in the world, BRAVE CF, an event in the Middle East. I will do my best to honor my family, my team, my city, always seeking knockouts and electrifying fights! Thank you very much, Brave, I know who you will soon be the greatest in the world and I will be there with you!”, celebrated the athlete.
Felipe is known for his prowess in Muay Thai and also for being the main striking coach at CM System, one of the largest gyms in Brazil and the world. He joins his master Cristiano Marcello as a Brave athlete. The company also has other representatives of the Curitiba team on its roster, including current lightweight world champion Luan “Miau” Santiago.
Despite having fought at lightweight for much of his career, Felipe Silva recently expressed his desire to test himself at super lightweight, a category recently opened by the Bahraini organization.
