The athlete also commented that three of the six fighters listed have already been caught using performance-enhancing substances; according to Conor: Islam makhachev, Zubaira Tukhugov and Mairbek Taisumov.

The repercussion was such that the UFC president had to get involved, trying to calm the spirits of two of his main athletes.
The feud between Conor and Khabib began during the promotion of the fight between the Russian and the Irishman, which took place in October last year. During the conferences, the Irishman tried to destabilize Nurmagomedov in many ways. However, the Russian remained cool and only expressed his anger after his victory over McGregor, causing widespread confusion in the octagon after UFC 229.
