Gabriel Silva will be the UFC's newest signing. The Brazilian, who is the brother of Erick silva, received the opportunity after a beautiful knockout against the North American, Jake Heffernan, at LFA (Legacy Fighting Alliance) 63, held last Saturday (6), in Belton (USA). The information was released by the website 'Cage Press'.

Gabriel's fight ended in the first round and represented a duel in the featherweight division (up to 68,8kg) between undefeated opponents. Dana White, who was watching the fight from the audience, was participating in another edition of her reality show 'Looking for a fight' and was impressed by the athlete's talent.
After the event, the president of Ultimate and the fighter spoke and forwarded a contract, which should be signed in the next few days.
'Gabito', as he is known, is the brother of Erick silva, 34 years old, fighter who emerged as a great promise for the UFC in 2011, however, after a period of great fluctuations between victories and defeats, his contract with the organization was not renewed, leaving in 2018. His last fight took place in September of the year last time, when he defeated the American Nick Barnes, also for LFA.
Gabriel Silva is 24 years old and has an undefeated record in MMA in eight fights.
