Through a post on Twitter, McGregor called Dillashaw a snake and even made reference to the patron saint of his country.

“I called him a snake long before. I’m the new Saint Patrick”, wrote Conor on the microblog. Saint Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland and is said to have driven all 'snakes' out of the country. A few years ago, McGregor revealed that TJ would cheat Urijah faber, leader of Team Alpha Male, and change teams. The fact came to fruition a few months later.
