UFC 232 has been undergoing changes since Sunday (23), when Jon Jones was caught in the anti-doping test carried out by the United States Anti-Doping Agency. Due to traces of a prohibited substance being found in 'Bones' body, the event that would originally take place in Las Vegas was transferred to Los Angeles.

Even so, the changes did not stop with the inconvenience of changing the location of the last show of the year. Herb Dean was scheduled to be the referee for the main fight of UFC 232 between Jon Jones e Alexander Gustafson. According to the California Athletic Commission, the organization's well-known judge suffered an injury and will not be able to play in 2018.
Dean will be replaced by Mike Beltran, as the entity wants to maintain the same list of referees and judges previously formatted. The judges for the fight between Jones and Gustafsson are as follows: Derek Cleary, Sal D'Amato and Junichiro Kamijo.
The women's superfight between Amanda nunes e Chris Cyborg in the co-main event, Marc Goddard will continue to be the referee.
