Russia hosts the first edition of the UFC in September

This Wednesday (16), the first edition of the UFC in Russia was confirmed on September 15, at the Olympic Arena in Moscow. After much speculation since the beginning of the year, Ultimate announced the event through its social networks, but no fight was confirmed for the historic card.

According to the UFC, fans in the World Cup country have grown to more than 22 million. Due to the popularization of the sport, Ultimate saw the opportunity to hold an event in 2018.
