After the victory over Claudinha, which should place her as number one in the strawweight rankings, Bate-Estaca avoided challenging the champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk, saying she promised herself she would improve fight by fight.

THE FIGHT

Andrade and Gadelha, both looking for a new chance at the strawweight title, currently in possession of Joanna Jedrzejczyk, they started the fight exchanging bombs. More technical, Claudinha accepted her opponent's game and started connecting the best punches, leaving Bate-Estaca lost. Little by little, however, the PRVT fighter found her game and felt more comfortable with the distance imposed by her opponent. Then, she became the aggressor, putting Gadelha against the fence and getting a good takedown in the end. After hard ground and pound, Andrade balanced the opening round, despite a deep cut on his forehead.

In the second round, however, she returned even more aggressive and, already having the distance from Claudinha, began to punish the former Nova União fighter. Using her heavier hand and masterfully shortening the distance, Jéssica dominated the entire second round and he got a 10-8 on two of the three side judges' sheets. Gadelha was only effective at the end, looking for a guillotine, which was never fully engaged.

The third round was another copy of the second, with Jéssica's greater dominance on the ground. By planting Claudia on the platform, Bate-Estaca developed all her ground and pound game, maintaining the rhythm and managing to deliver hard blows to the belly and face of her opponent, who simply tried to minimize the damage and restore her guard. Even so, Jéssica managed a good guard pass and did even more damage in the 100 kg position. In the end, Claudinha got up, but was the victim of another devastating fall, which put an exclamation point on the biggest victory of Bate-Estaca's career.
