The Brazilian Rafael Dos Anjos stood out with one of the best performances at UFC 215, held this Saturday (9), in Edmonton, Canada. Former UFC lightweight champion, RDA had his second fight at welterweight and, faced with the dangerous Neil Magny, won his second victory, this time via submission in the first round. Dos Anjos' performance earned him a UFC Performance of the Night bonus.

Besides him, the Mexican-American Henry Cejudo, Olympic gold medalist in wrestling, showed great improvements in boxing and muay thai and knocked out the Brazilian Wilson reis at the beginning of the second round of the flyweight fight between the two. Cejudo also received a special award for Performance of the Night. Both he and Dos Anjos will earn an additional $50 for their efforts.

And those who will go home with the same amount are the featherweights Jeremy Stephens and Gilbert Melendez. Although “Lil' Heathen” Stephens completely dominated the duel against “El Niño”, Melendez's bravery was rewarded. He had a serious problem with his leg right at the beginning of the duel between the two, which opened the main portion of the event, and even so he lasted all three rounds, giving his opponent trouble at times.
