The Brazilian Rafael Sapo He has lived in New York for many years, but fighting “at home” has not been a good idea for him. After being knocked out by Tim Boetsch at UFC 205, at Madison Square Garden, the jiu-jitsu black belt lost again in New York, this time on Long Island, this Saturday (23). Rafael was surprised by the debutant Erik Anders in the first round.
After having his opponent changed twice, Sapo agreed to face Anders, who was called up a few days in advance and was not yet on the Ultimate roster.
