The UFC's new anti-doping policy claimed yet another victim: light heavyweight Tom Lawlor was suspended for two years after being caught in a surprise test carried out by USADA - the United States Anti-Doping Agency - for using “ostarine”.

Ostarine, also known as MK-2866 and Enobosarm, stimulates an increase in muscle mass and strength. The substance is not legal for sale worldwide.
USADA also reported that the fighter accepted the punishment, which is retroactive to the date of the test. Therefore, Lawlor will only be able to fight again from October 2018.
