Without a title fight, Ronaldo Jacaré faces Tim Boetsch at UFC 208

Brazilian expected the chance to challenge champion Michael Bisping, but he will have to do at least one more fight before the title

Expectations were high, but the next fight Ronaldo Jacare it won't be for the middleweight title. The Brazilian, who expected to be announced as the next challenger for the Michael Bisping, was announced against Tim Boetsch, only 14th in the category ranking. The fight will be an attraction at UFC 208, scheduled for February 11th, in Brooklyn, New York (USA)

Jacaré, 37 years old, has a record of 23 wins and four losses as a professional. The Brazilian, number three in the middleweight rankings, last fought in May, when he knocked out Vitor belfort at UFC 198.

In turn, Tim Boetsch has an irregular record of 20 wins and 10 losses. The North American comes from two consecutive victories, but only occupies 14th place in the division ranking.
