Jedrzejczyk aims for second UFC belt: “I deserve it”

Polish woman wants to follow in McGregor's footsteps and win two simultaneous belts in Ultimate

Second most dominant UFC champion today, at strawweight Joanna Jedrzejczyk has bold plans for 2017. The Polish revealed that she intends to follow in the footsteps of Conor McGregor and become champion in two different weight categories in the company.

Currently, Ultimate has only two women's categories: strawweight (up to 52kg) and bantamweight (up to 61kg). The creation of a third category continues to be speculated by the organization, but there is still nothing concrete.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk, 29 years old, has already defended his belt on four occasions, behind only Demetrious Johnson, flyweight champion and who has eight title defenses. Undefeated in MMA, Joanna has 13 wins in 13 professional fights, seven of which were in the UFC.
