The UFC 205 card, which will be held next Saturday (12), in New York, suffered an important loss with just four days to go before the event. Former light heavyweight champion Rashad evans he had medical problems and is out of the duel against Tim Kennedy. The information comes from journalist Brett Okamoto, from 'ESPN' (USA).

After two consecutive defeats to Ryan bader e Glover Teixeira, Evans would make his debut in the middleweight division. Kennedy, in turn, hasn't fought since September 2014, when he was knocked out by Yoel romero. The UFC has not yet announced whether Kennedy will receive a new opponent or be removed from the card.

UFC 205 promises to be one of the biggest events in the entire history of Ultimate. The main fight of the night will be between Conor McGregor and Eddie Alvarez, when the Irishman, already featherweight champion, will also try to win the lightweight belt. There are other title fights at stake: Stephen Thompson challenges Tyron woodley for the welterweight title, while Karolina Kowalkiewicz magpie Joanna Jedrzejczyk for the women's straw belt. The show will also feature appearances by former champions Chris Weidman, Frankie Edgar e Miesha Tate.
