Michael Bisping got the better of Dan Henderson in the judges' decision in the main fight of UFC 204, an event held last weekend, in Manchester, England. However, the victory took its toll on the Ultimate middleweight champion, who showed a badly bruised face hours after the duel.
Bisping posed alongside his brother in a photo posted on his Instagram account. His left eye appears almost completely closed by swelling, in addition to several stitches in the area. The right face also has some bruises.
The English fighter's face got bruises thanks to blows from Dan Henderson, especially those delivered in the first two rounds. On that occasion, the American even knocked down Bisping, who managed to survive the punishment. The three side judges pointed to the Englishman's victory in the decision, which kept him as champion.
