Lina Lansberg will have a somewhat thankless mission on September 24th, in the main fight of UFC Brasilia. The Swede will make her UFC debut against Chris Cyborg, considered the most dangerous fighter in all female MMA categories. Even so, she promises to make her rival bleed and guarantees that she has a real chance of winning.

At 34 years old, Lina has a record of six wins and one loss in MMA. Experienced in the muay thai scene in Europe, the Swede believes that elbows could be an important weapon in the duel. The fighter is a fan of the move to the point of being nicknamed the “Princess of Elbows”. “I love elbows. They make everyone bleed a lot, and I love it. It will be really fun. She's tough and will bleed a lot. This fight is a shortcut to get to the top, and it is the best possible path. She is beatable. She's already beaten several good names, but others that aren't so good, and she's human. A lot of people win all the time, but everyone is beatable”, she commented, in an interview with the North American website “MMA Junkie”.
Even though Cyborg hasn't lost in MMA since 2005, when he made his professional debut, Lansberg considers that the psychological aspect is in his favor. “Everything is a mental issue. The technical and physical part is just part of the game. It is the psychological aspect that is most important. I'm lucky not to be in Cris' place in this fight, because I know what it's like to go to a fight where you have everything to lose and nothing to gain. It’s much better to be in my role, as the underdog, and have everything to win”, he pondered.
