The final schedule of UFC on FOX 19, an event that will be held in the city of Tampa (USA), this Saturday (16), will be very different in relation to what was originally planned by Ultimate. The witch was on the loose in the months leading up to the attraction, which meant that practically all of the most important fights on the card underwent changes or even cancellations.

Starting with the fight that would be the big highlight in Florida. The light weights Khabib Nurmagomedov e Tony Ferguson They would finally play the duel that had already been postponed in December, when the Russian was injured. But this time, it was Ferguson who forced the change after fluid accumulated in his lung. The American was replaced by newcomer Darrell Horcher, and the fight was demoted in the show's order of importance.
The new main fight, therefore, will be the responsibility of Rashad evans e Glover Teixeira. But this fight wasn't even originally scheduled: Evans would face Mauritius Shogun, but the Curitiba native suffered an injury and gave way to his compatriot.
The Brazilians Lyoto Machida e Gaius Monster they would also participate in the card, but ended up being removed for different reasons. Machida, who would have a rematch against Dan Henderson on the main card, he was prevented from fighting after declaring to the United States Anti-Doping Agency that he had ingested a prohibited substance. Monster, in turn, was injured, giving place to Oluwale Bamgbose against Cezar Mutant

Amid the wave of cancellations, UFC on FOX 19 still had several interesting fights. Starting with main event, in which Glover will try to get his third consecutive victory against Evans, who hasn't known what it's like to win since 2013. The duel, however, represents an interesting clash of styles, in which the Brazilian will probably try to keep the fight standing and get the knockout.
Another highlight of the program is Bethe Correia, former challenger for the women's bantamweight belt and who will have her first fight since being knocked out by Ronda Rousey last year. With an eye on turning things around and seeking the title again, Bethe will face Rachel Pennington, which comes from a victory over the Brazilian Jessica Andrade and who offered resistance to the former champion Holly holm, in a split decision in February last year.
The TUF Brazil 1 champion Cezar Mutant will have a decisive fight in Florida. Coming from three knockout defeats in his last four fights, the Brazilian will try to recover against Oluwale Bamgbose, who, in his last fight, dispatched the former TUF Brazil fighter Daniel sarafian and caused his dismissal from the organization.
