A well-placed rear naked choke by Miesha Tate put an end to the brief reign of Holly holm in the UFC women's bantamweight category, last Saturday (05). To ensure that the situation does not repeat itself in the future, the former champion is now back in the gym and has been exhaustively training to defend the blow that cost her the belt.

The revelation was made by the blonde's teammate Diego Sanchez. in your profile at Instagram, Sanchez released a photo of training at “Jackson's MMA”. “Holly Holly is going to win that belt back. She is at the gym training”, published the fighter, along with a photo in which his colleague appears on the mat.

At 34, Holly holm has a professional record of ten wins and one loss. If you want a rematch against Miesha Tate, the multi-time boxing champion will have to wait, as Ultimate president Dana White confirmed that “Cupcake’s” first title defense will be against Ronda Rousey – precisely the opponent defeated by Holm in November last year.
