As a prize, Conterraneo won a bow and arrow that was passed down through several indigenous generations. The arrows were made from jaguar teeth, stingray tails and poisoned by snakes.

PUBLICITY:

“The award was worth more than the trophies I won, because I experienced a piece of Indian history”, he says. And, there, Conterraneo taught four Indians how to fight MMA, who will be responsible for proliferating the sport in the tribe.

“They were curious to learn because they watch the fights through DVDs that others take. I taught them how to punch, kick and understand a little about the rules of the sport.”

The second part of the reality show will be recorded in Itu, the city where the fighter lives.

“As I was the winner and I have the bow that passed down through generations, the son of the great chief (Tacomã) will come here, learn our culture and our way of life”, he concludes.
