UFC president Dana White is considered one of those most responsible for the success of the largest MMA organization on the planet, and this involves his ability to deal with hundreds of athletes, promoters, employees and millions of fans. However, not everything is rosy in the relationship between the manager and the stars of the show and Dana himself recalled two episodes in which heated discussions almost ended in fights with fighters.

“Listen, I don't go around trying to get physical with guys, but I've been in a lot of situations where guys have come up to me and said, 'How about if I come over and beat the shit out of you?' Phil Baroni and I have a really good history. O Josh koscheck and I also had another really good one a few weeks ago. When you are the boss of 600 fighters, it's like this... The guys threatened me, to the point where things got physical, several times, but we found a way", said the president, in an interview with the program "The Herd", on the north channel -American “FOX Sports 1”.

The two fighters who almost got into a fight with the manager are no longer part of the Ultimate squad. Phil Baroni, now 39 years old, was part of the organization in its early days. Coincidentally, Baroni had his first fight in the Octagon at UFC 30, the same event where Dana White debuted as president of the organization. Already Josh koscheck, a TUF 1 veteran and former welterweight title challenger, left the organization earlier this year and signed with Bellator.
