“We had a great training camp in Stary Oskol. We had several sparring sessions. I learned many new things from him. He gave me a lot of useful tips and showed me some painful locking methods in his arsenal, like kimuras and things like that. I absorbed all his knowledge. Fedor is in great shape. Technically he continues to be very good and has not lost anything over time. He still has very quick hands, hits very hard, and is in good functional condition. We are in contact with Fedor, and we will interact constantly, to be of mutual benefit,” Minakov wrote on the Russian website “Fight Nights”.
