Carlos Condit He was away from fighting for a long time with a serious knee injury, but now he wants to make up for lost time. After defeating Thiago Pitbull in the main fight of UFC Fight Night 67, in Goiânia, the North American is already hoping for a title fight, against the winner of Robbie Lawler x Rory McDonald, who face each other in July.
Condit, who has defeated MacDonald in the past, revealed his desire at the press conference shortly after the event. “I want whoever holds the title in a few months. Whether it’s Rory or Robbie, I want to face him,” said the American.
The fighter also celebrated the experience of fighting in Brazil. “It was incredible to fight in Goiânia. I always wanted to fight in Brazil, even more so since the UFC started holding several events here. It was an incredible experience, and it was great to be able to finish the fight against an opponent like Thiago”, highlighted Condit.
