No athlete is caught in anti-doping at UFC FN Rio

According to the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA), responsible for regulating the event, the 24 fighters who competed on fight night underwent tests and did not show traces of illegal substances in their bodies.

In addition, six other competitors, whose identities were not revealed, were randomly chosen for detailed EPO exams (Erythropoietin, a hormone that stimulates the production of hemoglobin in the blood and increases cell oxygenation). The tests also showed no traces of the substance.

UFC Fight Night 62 took place at Ginásio do Maracanãzinho and was headlined by the victory of Demian Maia about American Ryan LaFlare. In the co-main fight of the night, Erick silva beat the TUF 1 veteran Josh koscheck.
