Defeated in a split decision by the judges after taking part in a fierce confrontation against Arman Tsarukyan No. UFC 300, Charles of the Bronx opened the game and analyzed the opinion of the side judges. Amid discussions about a possible error in the score, the Brazilian avoided controversy and did not criticize the fact that the victory had been given to his rival. In the São Paulo native's view, what was necessary was to triumph on the fast track.
“I had to knockout or submit. It went to the judges, they are the ones who decide what needs to be done. It's a little complicated to talk about. I think there are a lot of things that are very crazy (…) if you take my first round, it was a round that I tried to take, they gave me the first round. The warmest second round, I ended with a triangle choke and they gave it to him (…) I had to knock him out or submit him, there's not much I can do”, said Do Bronx in an interview with 'Canal Encarada'.
