Charles of the Bronx comes 'hungry' to the UFC 300. The former lightweight champion (up to 70,3kg) did not remain silent after hearing the provocations from Arman Tsarukyan, his rival on April 13th, accused the Armenian of talking a lot of 'nonsense' and asked for respect for his career in the biggest MMA organization in the world.

“People say what they want, right? If I only have that and I have 16 submissions in my UFC, I think they were all from behind, right? And I think the knockouts I have weren't knockouts, they were submissions. It's a lot of nonsense they say. They said I gave up easily, but I was knocked down, I moved forward and knocked him out. First placed in the ranking of the group led by Islam makhachev, Charles is coming off a victory over the experienced Beneil Darius in June 2023.
