The soap opera involving the return of Conor McGregor The octagon never stops gaining new chapters. The last one, starring Dana White, however, can serve as a source of optimism for fans hoping to see the 'Notorious' back in action.

This Friday morning (5), the president of Ultimate excited fans by publishing, through the 'Stories' tool on 'Instagram', a photo of McGregor entering a UFC building with a short and thick caption.

Former featherweight (up to 65,7 kg) and lightweight (up to 70,3 kg) champion, Conor McGregor is the most popular athlete in UFC history, but has not seen action since July 2021, when he suffered a serious leg injury in the trilogy defeat against Dustin poirier.

From then on, Conor rivaled Michael chandler in the 31st season of The Ultimate Fighter, in 2023. The tendency was for the two to face each other at the end of the reality show, but the plans did not materialize at the time.

Days before the end of last year, the 'Notório' even announced that he would face Michael chandler on June 29, the scheduled date for UFC 303. In subsequent interviews, however, Dana White was against such plans.
