The UFC 183 card, which will take place on January 31, 2015, in Las Vegas (USA), is getting increasingly green and yellow. This Monday (20), the North American organization confirmed the fight between Ildemar Marajó and Rick Monster for the attraction, which will be headlined by the return of Anderson Silva against Nick Diaz.

Monstro participated in the third season of TUF Brasil this year, competing at heavyweight. After defeating “Cabo Job” by submission, he ended up being defeated by Vitor miranda in the semi-final. The athlete also participated in the TUF Brasil 3 Finale, in May, but was knocked out by Marcos Foot right at the start of the fight. In total, Monstro has a record of seven wins and two losses in professional MMA.

Marajó, former champion of Jungle Fight, is going through a moment of instability within the UFC. After debuting with two victories in the organization, beating Wagner Caldeirão and Leandro Buscapé, the man from Pará alternated victories and defeats, losing to Igor Araújo, defeating Albert Tumenov and, in his last fight, suffering another setback against Kenny Robertson.
