The President of the IFL, Kurt Otto revealed to American journalists that he intends to explore the possibilities of the organization entering the British market. “We think this is a great place for MMA. We'll probably be holding an event there sooner than you might think. We will definitely explore the area,” said Otto.
To further captivate the English public, the IFL should have a team defending the colors of England in the 2008 season. This would be under the command of veteran Ian Freeman. What's more, recently the organization made a commitment to have the editions broadcast directly to England, thus making the IFL brand even better known.
