Former champion of UFC, Khabib Nurmagomedov had a special meeting with one of his football idols: Ronaldo Nazário, the Phenom. The Russian fighter, who retired from MMA In 2020, he published a photo and a video on his Instagram alongside the former striker and current president of Cruzeiro.
In the video, Ronaldo says he was at a UFC 187 event in May 2015, alongside Anderson Silva, another MMA star, who predicted that Nurmagomedov would be the greatest in the history of the sport in the future. The Eagle, as he is known, finished his career with 29 wins and no losses in his career.

Khabib is a big football fan and has already revealed that he likes the Brazilian team. He already appeared, before his fame, with a Brazil shirt at the time when Ronaldo shone on the pitch. The former fighter has also met other world football stars, such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Clarence Seedorf.
Ronaldo, in turn, is also an admirer of MMA. The meeting between the two took place in Abu Dhabi, a country that is investing in the appearance of several former athletes to boost the image of the sport.
