Opponent of Mohammed Usman, Kamaru's younger brother, Jake collier lived a real drama in the octagon of UFC Las Vegas 79. Featured on the preliminary card of this Saturday's event (23), the heavyweight (up to 120,2kg) was the victim of a scary finger in the eye in the second round and despaired after the incident. Despite the scare, the combatant returned to the confrontation.
In the images (see below), it is possible to follow the exact moment of Usman's action. Immediately, Collier raised his hand to his right eye and began to scream in pain.

After the shutdown, Jake had a visible drop in performance. In the last round, however, the challenge was marked by open combat between the parties.
After three rounds, Usman was declared the winner by the judges' decision.
