The weigh-in for UFC Fight Night 45, held this Tuesday afternoon (15), took place calmly in Atlantic City, New Jersey (USA). All 22 athletes who will participate in the event did not encounter any difficulties in reaching the weight of their categories, confirming all fights for the attraction.

This includes Brazilian John Lineker, who had trouble making weight in four of his six fights in the UFC, failing in three of them. This time, the man from Paraná managed to stay within the limit of the flyweight category, without even needing a towel to step onto the scale.

Another highlight of the weigh-in was the Brazilian Leonardo Macarrão, who returns to the UFC after almost two years. The former TUF Brazil 1 star was two kilos below the welterweight category limit, reaching 75 kg on the scale. Macarrão's confrontation with Rick Story, his opponent, was intense on the Brazilian's part, but the North American didn't respond.

The first weigh-in in the history of the UFC strawweight category also went off without a hitch. Claudia Gadelha She weighed 52,6 kg, compared to 52,1 kg from her opponent, Finnish Tina Lahdemaki.

In the main fight of the night, Jim Miller he hit 70 kg, 0,3 kg below his opponent, the “Cowboy” Donald Cerrone.

UFC Fight Night 45 will take place this Wednesday, starting at 19:30 pm Brasília time. The attraction will be broadcast live on the subscription channel “Combate”.
