One of the biggest names in recent history in the UFC lightweight division (up to 70,3kg), Justin gaethje surprised by signaling when he intends to retire from MMA. At 34 years old, the fighter admitted that he does not want to extend his stay in the sport. Former interim Ultimate champion, the fighter spoke about his plans for the future.
“I would say that, at around 37, I no longer intend to fight. Now, I'm 34. I have two or three years left. It's too much. However, within the fight scenario, it's not much. I've been competing for 12 or 13 years, so now I'm heading towards the end of my career in the sport,” said Gaethje, in an interview with 'MMA fighting'.
