After 14 years of the scene that will be remembered for many generations, Quinton'Rampage' Jackson broke the silence and came to a conclusion: the broken door did not deserve that outcome. Chosen to coach the seventh edition of The Ultimate Fighter, alongside Rashad evans, the North American recalled the case and spoke about the episode in an interview with 'Seconds Out'.

“This door didn't deserve this (…) I was trying to leave because they cheated one of my fighters, and I didn't like the way they were betraying my team. So I was trying to leave the gym, and as soon as I threw my water in, I was like, 'Let's get out of here,' because I didn't know what I was going to do. I tried to open the door, and there was a little mishap and it opened. I was like, 'F*ck that door,' this is the most embarrassing TV moment of my life. When I lose my temper and things like that, it's embarrassing. Like, why did I do that to a door?”, said the former fighter.

“I was trying to get out because I don't know if you guys know this about me. I'm not called 'Rampage', a lot of people think I'm a fighter, and I called myself 'Rampage' to be a fighter. That was a nickname given to me when I was a child. I'm the coolest guy on the planet and that's because I have to stay cool, I have to laugh because I have the worst temper. If I lose my temper, it's so embarrassing, I really hate it. This is a true story, I have the worst temper on the planet,” he explained. Rampage.
