North American reveals meeting with Dana White to define final terms for return to the organization

apparently, Kevin Lee could be back in the UFC soon. Former challenger for the lightweight belt (up to 70,3 kg.), the North American would have signed an exclusive contract with the former company for competitions, shortly after his stint at the 'Eagle F.C.'. The information was released by 'ESPN' North-American.

Despite not yet having a stipulated date for his return, Kevin declared that he was pleased to return to 'his home' and revealed a meeting with UFC management to beat Marcelo on a new agreement.

“I met with (president) Dana White and (chief business officer) Hunter Campbell and I feel like I’m coming home. I’m grateful they welcomed me back and I’m looking forward to the next chapter of my career,” Lee said in an interview with the outlet.

The North American enjoyed his peak in the UFC between 2016 and 2017, when he scored five consecutive victories and gained the opportunity to fight for the interim lightweight belt. He, however, was eventually surpassed by Tony Ferguson In this ocasion. In his career, there are 19 positive results and seven negative results.

At 30 years old, Lee is not having a good time in the sport, having won just two of his last six fights. In March 2022, he played for 'Eagle FC' and beat fellow veteran Diego Sánchez in a unanimous decision by the judges.
