Undefeated, Douglas D'Silva replaces Thiago Tavares at UFC Fight Night 36

Coming from Jungle Fight, the Brazilian fighter has 22 victories on his record, 18 of which were by knockout

UFC Fight Night 36, which will be held on February 15th in Jaraguá do Sul (Santa Catarina), had a last-minute change to its card. Thiago tavares, who was scheduled to face Zubair Tuhugov, was officially withdrawn from the event due to injury.

His replacement will be another Brazilian, Douglas D'Silva de Andrade, who is undefeated in his MMA career. After 23 fights, he has 22 victories and one no-contest (fight without result), with 18 of his triumphs being achieved by knockout or technical knockout. In his last fight, in Jungle Fight 63, in December, D'Silva knocked out Tiago Passos in just 25 seconds.

Tuhugov will also make his UFC debut in Jaraguá do Sul. The 23-year-old Russian is on a six-fight winning streak. His MMA record is 15 wins and three losses.

The main fight of UFC Fight Night 36 will be between middleweights Lyoto Machida e Gegard Mousasi.
