Recovering from the fracture suffered in the defeat to Chris Weidman on the 28nd of December, Anderson Silva received two distinguished visitors this Monday (20). At his residence in Los Angeles (USA), Spider welcomed musicians Seu Jorge and Marisa Monte. The visit was recorded by the fighter on his official profile on Instagram.

“About yesterday’s visits. Seu Jorge, Marisa Monte and families… Wonderful day!”, wrote Anderson, who has even participated in the music video for Marisa Monte’s song “Não bem”. As is customary in Spider's publications, in less than an hour the photo received more than 13 thousand likes.

In his last fight, at UFC 168, Anderson Silva was defeated again by Chris Weidman in a rematch for the middleweight belt, after fracturing his left leg in the second round. The Brazilian underwent surgery days after the incident and has been in the recovery process ever since. Amid various speculations about his future, Spider recently declared, in the first interview given after the fracture, that he does not plan to retire and that he wants to return to the Octagon as soon as possible, including planning a possible trilogy against Weidman.
