Neil Magny submits Daniel Rodriguez at UFC Las Vegas 64 and challenges Gilbert Durinho

Fighter applies a hand triangle and comes out with 'arms raised'; he challenged the Brazilian in an interview in the octagon

It was painful, but it worked Neil Magny. In a duel between veterans, valid in the welterweight division (up to 77kg), the North American worked with takedowns and applied a hand triangle to beat Daniel Rodriguez in the third round. The duel was the second most important of the UFC Las Vegas 64, which takes place this Saturday (5).

Neil Magny, now, he's back on the path to winning in Ultimate. In his career, he has a record of 27 positive results and nine negative results. The fighter approached the top-10 of the division led by Leon edwards, in addition to asking for Gilbert Durinho for his next fight in the organization.

Ulanbekov updated his record to 14 wins and two losses in his career. Maness suffered the third setback, in addition to also having 14 other triumphs.

At the opening of the main card of the UFC Las Vegas 64, in a duel valid for the lightweight division (up to 70,3kg.), Grant dawson was not aware of the hitherto undefeated Mark madsen. Superior from the start of the fight, the North American dominated the first two rounds, hurting the Dane's legs with low kicks and opening the way to a rear naked choke in the third round.

As a result, Grant dawson extended his undefeated streak to 11 fights. “KGD” still doesn't know what it's like to lose in the Ultimate Octagon, where he has seven wins and one draw.
