Claudia gadelha will have to wait a little longer to compete for the Invicta FC belt. The Brazilian, who was scheduled to face the North American Carla esparza tonight for the category title, she was forced to withdraw from the show. The athlete suffered an infection after the weigh-in and had to be hospitalized and will not be able to fight.

Gadelha's coach, André Pederneiras, revealed to the Combate channel website that the athlete did not feel bad during the hydration period. According to Dedé, Claudinha vomited, had a fever and even fainted before being taken to the hospital.
