Highlights in the lightweight (up to 70,3kg) of Ultimate, Dustin poirier e Michael chandler led to a beginning of confusion during the carrying out of the UFC 276, in Las Vegas (USA), this Saturday (2). Stars of the organization, the athletes clashed in the audience and had to be restrained by security guards. The combatants had already exchanged barbs via the press and social media.

Although it is not possible to clearly hear the words spoken by the fighters, it is possible to see that the atmosphere was not friendly. While Poirier pointed at his rival, Chandler didn't leave it unanswered. The images were released by the Brazilian Gilbert Durinho.

Currently, Poirier is looking for a confrontation to be able to debut in the 2022 season. In his last commitment, the North American was surpassed by Charles of the Bronx, in a clash for the category belt.

Bellator legend, Chandler has already performed this year. On that occasion, the athlete put on a real show by knocking out Tony Ferguson with a kick à la Anderson Silva.
