Without fighting since May 2020, when he won Dominick Cruz and announced retirement from the sport, Henry Cejudo is close to returning to the UFC. In an interview with 'The MMA Hour', the athlete's coach, Eric Albarracin, declared that the 'Triple C' will return to competition to win his fourth career title.

“'Triplo C' will officially become 'C4' (four titles) later this year. It's back (to USADA testing) and we're all in on it. Henry comes from the Olympic Training Center; he has been tested since his second year of high school. He'll be ready to go – he's already training. Henry never really stopped training. When he was training, he was incredible. He was there every day. You always hear that with athletes, when you become a coach you get even better,” said Albarracin.
Cejudo recently returned to the USADA (North American Anti-Doping Agency) testing program. In preparation for his return, he has already been tested on four occasions and seems close to announcing his UFC fight in 2022.
Considered one of the greatest fighters of Ultimate's recent years, Cejudo retired at just 33 years old. Henry hung up his gloves with a record of 16 triumphs and two setbacks in professional MMA and now sharpens the game of athletes like Deiveson Figueiredo, Jon Jones e Jiri Prochazka at 'Fight Ready'.
