Last Monday (25), the youngest of the “Diaz Brothers” took to social media, begged the UFC to “take him out of the fridge” and refuted the possibility of making a trilogy with Conor McGregor.

“I've been trying to fight everyone and nothing has happened. Why are you holding me back, UFC? I'm not going to face Conor, he's s***. I want to face someone, stop leaving me in the fridge, please. Thank you,” he wrote Nate diaz.

The complaint of Nate diaz may indicate that the UFC is waiting for the recovery of Conor McGregor to mark the trilogy between the two. Diaz shocked the world with his finish Conor McGregor at UFC 196, in 2016, but ended up losing in a majority decision against the Irishman five months later, at UFC 202.

Recently, Nate diaz e Dustin poirier made public their desire to take their rivalry from social media to the Octagon. Despite mutual desire, the UFC did not go ahead with the plans, increasing speculation that one of the athletes was being “guarded” to face Conor McGregor.
