Last minute departure from muslim salikhov of the card UFC Las Vegas 46 will postpone the return of Michael Pereira to the octagon. According to information from North American ESPN, the Brazilian will face the newcomer André Fialho No. UFC 270, on January 22th.

According to information from the North American website “MMAFighting”, muslim salikhov, original opponent of Michael Pereira No. UFC Las Vegas 46, had to leave the card for undisclosed health reasons.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, André Fialho arrives in the UFC with a record of 14 wins and three losses. The 27-year-old athlete from Sanford MMA has played in events such as Bellator, PFL and LFA and arrives at Ultimate on the back of four consecutive victories, the last three fighting for the UAE Warriors.

On the other side, Michael Pereira seeks his fourth consecutive victory in the octagon, with his eye on the top 15 welterweight division. The Brazilian is coming off triumphs over Zelim Imadaev, Kalinn Williams and most recently Niko Price.

First numbered Ultimate event in 2022, the UFC 270 presents, in the main fight, the fight for the unification of the heavyweight belts (up to 120,2 kg) between Francis Ngannou e Cyryl Gane. In the co-main fight, Deiveson Figueiredo tries to regain the flyweight title (up to 56,7 kg) in a trilogy against the champion Brandon Moreno.
