Another veteran UFC athlete announced his deal with the World Series of Fighting. This time, Tyson Griffin, who fought for Ultimate between 2006 and 2011, used the Twitter to publicize his agreement with the organization chaired by former fighter Ray Sefo.
“I hope to be on the WSOF August card and can't wait to be in the most exciting fights WSOF fans have ever seen,” Griffin posted on his official profile on the microblogging network.
Tyson Griffin, 29 years old, has a record of 16 wins and just six losses. The Xtreme Couture athlete has faced names like Frankie Edgar, Urijah faber and Sean Sherk. As a curiosity, Tyson was never defeated by a Brazilian fighter, having won the six fights he fought against Brazilian opponents.
