“I’m 2-1 in the division, but I want to be 10-1. I want to go strong in this category. Let's see what the UFC has to offer me but I'm happy with my performance. I felt great in this split. Let’s stay humble, not talk too much but keep working hard to improve my game,” said Moicano.

Asked again about who he would like to face in his next fight, the Brazilian reinforced his request for a duel against the North American Gregor Gillespie.

“He (Gillespie) is avoided by the other fighters. My strategy is to ask for these fights, ask for fights that nobody wants. Nobody wants to fight this guy. He's good, he's at the top, so I want him. Gregor lost to Kevin Lee who is one of the best fighters in the UFC, regardless of weight category, and just had an incredible fight with Diego Ferreira”, concluded the Brazilian athlete.
