the american Quinton Rampage Jackson is close to leaving Ultimate. In his last fight under his contract, the former light heavyweight champion faces the Brazilian Glover Teixeira at UFC on FOX 6, an event that takes place next Saturday (26), in Chicago.
Although the Tupiniquim athlete is on a clear rise in his career, coming from 17 victories in a row, Rampage guarantees that Glover had a challenge like him in MMA.
“He’s never faced someone like me. Definitely not”, reinforced the former champion, in the last press conference before the show. Even with the interest in not renewing his contract with Ultimate, Jackson guarantees that he is not retiring from MMA.
“It's just my last fight in the UFC. What makes you think this is my last fight in my career”, he asked. Rampage, responding to a reporter.
