Author of historic knockout, Joaquin Buckley faces undefeated rival at UFC 255

After shocking the world in UFC Fight Island 5 with one of most notable knockouts in the history of Ultimate, Joaquin buckley received another challenge in the company. The athlete was selected to face Jordan wright No. UFC 255, which takes place on November 21, in Las Vegas (USA). The information was released by 'ESPN'.

Representative of the middleweights (up to 83,9kg.), Buckley is experiencing the best moment of his career so far. With the knockout over Kasanganay, in addition to earning a bonus of US$50 (around R$280), Joaquin had his name and images viral around the world.

In addition to his meteoric fame, the fighter had his name praised by UFC president, Dana White, who placed the outcome of the confrontation against Impa as one of the biggest in the company's history.

Against Wright, Buckley will make his third appearance with Ultimate gloves. So far, the North American has had one victory and one setback in the company.

For the next challenge, Ultimate decided, in fact, to test Joaquin's qualities. The fighter will face the promising and undefeated Jordan, who debuted in the company in August, with a knockout over Isaac Villanueva.

To continue on the rise, Buckley must repeat the feat of UFC Fight Island 5, when he took away Kasanganay's unbeaten record.
