One of the protagonists of the card that takes place on the 19th, Tyron woodley has a weight training partner for his duel against Colby covington. Last Monday (1), the former welterweight champion (up to 77kg) registered the presence of Jorge masvidal on American Top Team (ATT) and confirmed that he is being helped by one of the loudmouth's biggest rivals. The video was released on UFC social media.

Covington, who recently left ATT, left some enemies behind at the former academy. For one thing, Masvidal was once considered Colby's best friend. Woodley, in turn, is the next opponent of the one who once held the division's interim belt.
“In case you are wondering about the rumors, they are true. We are training again”, said Jorge in the video.
Tyron confirmed that the two are, in fact, at ATT. The duel between Woodley and Covington could guarantee the next challenger for the division belt after the meeting between Gilbert Durinho, who exchanges forces against the champion, Kamaru Usman, on December 12.
While Woodley prepares for Colby, Jorge is negotiating his rematch with Nate diaz in the dispute for the symbolic title of ‘Most Thick in MMA’. The idea is for the athletes to face each other on the same card as Durinho and Usman.
