It took a while, but it arrived. After almost two years without performing, Alan Nuguette is back in the Octagon. The Brazilian is scheduled to play against Mexican Rodrigo Kazula on September 12, at a location yet to be announced. The information was released by 'MMA Junkie'.

Nuguette hasn't fought since October 2018, when he was defeated by scott holtzmann. Representative of the lightweight division (up to 70,3 kg.), the Amazonian is going to his eighth fight since his UFC debut.
At the beginning of the year, Alan was confirmed for a duel against Frank Camacho in the event that would take place on April 25th. The clash, however, ended up being canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Nuguette even had another performance scheduled. The combatant would exchange forces against Marc Diakiese, but the fight ended up not happening after the rival left the fight without further explanation.
At 37 years old, the fight against Rodrigo will mark the Brazilian's 18th commitment since his debut in professional MMA. Today, the Amazonian has 15 victories and only two setbacks.
Kazula, in turn, tries to win her first victory in Ultimate. The Mexican, 34, debuted for the organization in August last year and has had two negative results in a row.
